By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the judiking platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and judiking as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms are published will be deemed acceptance of those updated terms.
Users who are below the minimum age required under Malaysian law are strictly prohibited from registering or using judiking's services under any circumstances. judiking reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the judiking platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. judiking will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. judiking reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for regulatory compliance and fraud prevention purposes.
As a judiking platform user, you agree to comply with all of the following rules without exception:
Any breach of the above rules entitles judiking to suspend or permanently close your account and pursue appropriate legal action if necessary.
All financial transactions on the judiking platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). judiking accepts a range of local payment methods including GrabPay, Touch 'n Go, and online bank transfers.
Successful deposits will be credited to users’ accounts within the timeframe depending on the selected payment method. judiking is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to a verification process that may require supporting documents. judiking reserves the right to withhold or cancel withdrawals where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or a breach of terms. All deposit and wagering limits are subject to change at judiking's sole discretion without prior notice.
Judiking reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, hacking attempts, use of multiple accounts, or upon request by law enforcement agencies.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to any refund of remaining deposit balances, subject to judiking's internal investigation.
Users may voluntarily close their account by contacting our customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met and verification is complete.
All content on the judiking platform, including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, images, and software, is the exclusive property of judiking or our licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any of this content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from judiking.
Judiking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform. judiking's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
The judiking platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. judiking is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party websites is at the user's own risk and is subject to the respective third party's terms and conditions.
Judiking reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the judiking platform.
It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or inapplicable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the rest of this agreement, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Failure by judiking to enforce any right or provision in these Terms & Conditions shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
